What’s included?
Three online 60-minute coaching sessions (over the space of 6 weeks). Together, we’ll explore the tracking method that works best for you, get clear on what to look out for each day, and review your first month of tracking so you can start seeing real insights and meaningful patterns in your cycle.
A Discovery e‑book to guide you. You’ll receive a beautifully structured guide that walks you through different tracking options, helps you choose what fits your lifestyle, and includes printable charts to support your daily observations.
Email support between sessions. You are never left to figure things out alone. Ask questions, share discoveries, and get support as you begin tuning into your cycle.
Cost
€270. This can be paid in one instalment or two instalments (the first of €180 and the second of €90).

If you’d like to build a deeper and more personal understanding of your menstrual cycle beyond simply how to track, this three‑month programme offers the space and support to do just that.
It’s well‑suited for anyone wanting to feel more connected to their body, recognise their cyclical patterns with confidence, and make gentle, meaningful adjustments that support their energy, mood, and wellbeing throughout the month.
What’s included?
Six online 60-minute coaching sessions (over the space of 12 weeks). These sessions are completely tailored to your needs, questions and intentions. Together, we’ll explore your cycle in a way that feels grounding, empowering and insightful.

Email support between sessions. You are never left to figure things out alone. Ask questions, share discoveries, and get support as you tune into your cycle.
Cost
€510. This can be paid in one instalment or three instalments of €170.

If you’re looking to build a deeper, more sustained understanding of your menstrual cycle and you feel you’d benefit from longer‑term support as you work toward your goals, this six‑month coaching programme offers the time, space, and guidance to explore your cycle in a meaningful and steady way.
What’s included?
Twelve online 60-minute coaching sessions (over the space of 24 weeks). These sessions are completely tailored to your needs, questions and intentions. Together, we’ll explore your cycle in a way that feels grounding, empowering and insightful.

Cost
€1020. This can be paid in one instalment or three instalments of €340.
All coaching and discovery calls take place online. I am based in the Netherlands but work with clients based in the Netherlands, the wider eurozone, and the UK. If you are based in the UK, I will request payment in euros. In order for you to do this, you will need to have a multi-currency account (such as Revolut or Wise) and pay using your euros account.
